Why would
you use the services of a brokerage?

A brokerage
actively markets your aircraft. We will advertise it in all major outlets
with national visibility. Someone out there is looking for an aircraft
like yours!

A brokerage
will help you in setting a realistic price that is both reasonable and
respectable. The Broker too wants you to get the most possible for your
aircraft since he is paid on a commission basis!

Most people
do not have the time, expertise or interest in marketing their own aircraft and
dealing with the tire kickers which make up over 90% of the respondents to
advertisements.

The brokerage
ensures you are dealing only with serious buyers.
Why not sell
your aircraft to one of those dealers that will pay cash for it now?

This is a
viable option for some, but recognize you are going to get roughly 25% less than
your airplane is worth on average. The dealer has to ensure he will

consideration of your aircraft. You won't waste days at the airport
showing it to people that just want a ride in the kind of aircraft your selling!
Some say they will send you only buyers presenting a signed offer, but
realistically, would you sign an offer agreement on an aircraft you've not yet
seen? We will however have weeded out the tire kickers; we'll handle all
of the marketing and take the calls necessary to ensure you are showing your
aircraft only to serious prospects and we'll assist with completion of the
closing documents to assure an efficient, legal transaction.
